Home from home, immaculately presented with a cosy and modern decor throughout, and a country cottage style theme.
Situated on a desirable front row plot on Lyons Winkups holiday park, Abergele. Just across the road from the renowned Tir Prince Market / Funland funfair, and a stones throw from the beach (situated just behind Winkups and accessible via a footbridge) which is a just short walk to the back of the park. A short walk (either along the beach or footpath) to the very popular knightleys fair/amusement arcades and bars/restaurants.
Plas Coch lodge boasts a large frontal, south facing decked area with side decking, and a rattan seating area for those warm summer evenings, watching the sun go down with a glass (or a cuppa if that’s more your thing)
Spacious living area includes:
- 55 inch Smart TV with full access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, ITVX etc with media mood lighting
- 3 seater sofa complete with double pull-out bed
- 2 very large and very comfortable arm chairs
- Sliding doors to the front, leading to decked area

- Walk-in wardrobe
- Ensuite bathroom with W/C sink and enclosed walk-in shower and heated towel rail

Included with every booking as standard:
- The lodge is fully equipped and includes:
- Fresh bed linen

There is a private parking bay directly beside the lodge for ONE car
Additional cars can be parked on-site (usually near the main complex).
Please do not park on the artificial grass

All bookings include a complimentary gift on arrival with an information pack
Bookable from Monday – Friday and Friday – Monday. Reduced rates ( up to 10%) for 7/10/14 night stays. Please contact the owner via Facebook (linked at the top of the page) or WhatsApp (contact number above) for stays of 7 nights or more.
£100 refundable bond taken at time of booking and is refunded after checkout when lodge has been inspected. Usually within 24/48 hours*
Check in is 4pm check out 10am. Want to beat the traffic? We offer an early check-in from 2pm (subject to availability) for a £25 surcharge.
Please pop us a message the week before arrival and we will let you know whether this is available for your stay.
Full payment is now due 3 weeks prior to arrival.
NO PETS UNLESS AGREED PRIOR TO BOOKING WITH OWNER
Please message the owner to enquire about pets PRIOR to booking. This is non-negotiable; you will be asked to leave immediately and forfeit remainder of your stay.
Arrival Information
On the day of your arrival, we will send all instructions just prior to check-in once changeover is complete and the keycode has been updated. This will include:
- Plot number
- Directions to the lodge
- Keysafe number
Please note: The keysafe is located at the lodge (on the decking, opposite the front door), and NOT at Winkups reception.
Departure Instructions
We kindly ask that the lodge is left in a clean, damage-free condition.
- All rubbish/food should be placed in bins (located at the back of the park near the footbridge)
- Any breakage/damage/excessive cleaning is chargeable
Your security deposit will be refunded after checkout, once the lodge has been inspected (usually within 48 hours).
Important Information
Plas Coch Lodge is not wheelchair friendly. We kindly ask that wheelchairs, prams, bikes, scooters, or any type of ride-ons are not taken into the lodge – thank you for your cooperation.
